Default F150 suspension lift.

Looking at lifting the truck obviously. I'm thinking the pro comp 4 inch suspension lift. Is there anything else I need? Will I need a level lift as well to make it sit right? 2009 SCREW XLT 4X4.

If I were you I'd go for the rancho 4" kit. that's what I did after about 1 year of research. It's the best around besides bds.

Cool I'll check that out right now. Did you need anything else besides the kit to keep **** from breaking?

What are you worried about breaking. I'm not following you.
Rancho is a tried and true tested company been around for years and years. I'm pretty sure it's the only lift for our trucks that has a 1 piece welded crossmember I really like it and the same company makes bds and rancho spindles the exact same size weird right. It's a trustworthy American company. I can't wait to get my truck back Wednesday. I put 1 year of research into it. Desert Dawg had the fab tech and the rancho I believe on a few trucks maybe he will chime in

BDS works also with stock 18 or larger rims. Limiting tire width is only drawback.

Yeah, Rancho and BDS are the better of the 4-inch suspension systems out there. I had ProComp and Fabtech in the past and had some issues with both, but never had any with the Rancho systems.

I believe Rancho makes the stouter system with the one-piece subframe versus the BDS system which uses the typical two-piece cross members. Rancho provides a lifetime warranty on worn-out or defective parts but BDS offers a warranty that includes "breakage" during use. I have had 3 separate Rancho systems and never had an issue when off-roading and the trucks always tracked and rode very well (especially if you go with the upgraded shocks).
