Default Transmission-again

New issue today is P0973 code for Shift Solenoid A. The symptoms were juttering(hesitating, shaking) when trying to go into 4th gear, followed by limp mode, followed by check engine light and the aforementioned trouble code.

Here is some history...
a few months ago I had a Shift Solenoid E failure which my dealerreplaced under warranty. The issue presented itself when the truck would notshift out of 4x4 and created a hard, extremely hard shift, from 1st to 2nd gear.Fortunately, my dealer never mentioned my tune. (2014 FX4 Eco).
When I picked up my truck, I drove on the stock tune, since Ireflashed it before taking the truck in. Everything seemed to be fine. I missed the HP so I put the tune back on...

Within a few days the issue had someone re invented itself. When shifting from parkto reverse there was an extremely hard thud and the truck shook. If I pulled it down to drive, it would shift hard again and go into 3rd gear. I couldturn the truck off and back on and everything seemed perfect.
This happened a handful of times and I decided it must be the tune, so I reflashed to stock.

This brings me to this morning. As stated above, new issue is P0973 code for Shift Solenoid A. The symptoms were juttering(hesitating, shaking) when trying to go into 4th gear, followed by limp mode, followed by check engine light and the aforementioned trouble code.

Needless to say, I'm headed to the dealer again today. Anyone have any idea what's going on? I currently have 6,000 miles of warranty left. Thinking real hard about selling it now.

i would ditch the tune and drive without the tune. You might get less pep, but it also might be what is causing the issue
