Default Tranny Help

I have an 09 f150 xl with 103,000 on it.has 6sp tranny. i recently cleaned the battery terminals as they were in bad shape. I now have hard shifting in lower gears, bumping when stopping and sometimes the tranny wont shift to the point i have to stop and shut the truck down and restart it and it goes back to shiftting althogh hard. the only thing that has been done to the truck recently is the cleaning of the battery terminals. Anyone have any idea what may be going on.

Unhooking the battery for so long clears the trucks keep alive memory. Your truck now has to re learn your driving style. Should smooth out after a few hundred miles.
