Does anyone know if 35X12.5X18 A/T 2's will fit on stock 18" rims with a 1"daystar level? This is on an 13 FX4. Tried searching with no results.

For those of you who have 35"s or similar, have you experienced any vibration of those tires at low speed like 15 mph? the kind of vibration that you can feel through the gas pedal...I just got 35x12.5x18 and am having these issues. tried different pressure, 35 psi and 40 psi, same thing. got them balanced twice already..

Is anyone here experience fast tread wear? I have 305/50/20, for initial 1500miles I have lost 0.5mm of tread. Is that normal for the initial wear?

I had the 285/55/20 Extremes on for less than 10k.
Alot of gravel/offroad driving.
When I sold them I thought they had excessive wear for the mileage....and price.

Did you measure the tread when you sell it?
To be exact my truck only weight 5000Lbs and base on the initial wear rate, it is not going to make it until 30k miles.
Anyone here constant monitor and measure the tread depth?
For my 1500miles the block edges almost gone but Toyo claimed that this A/T II is 40%more tread life than BFGoodrich® All-Terrain T/A® KO.
I am doubt on it.

Toyo has a good guide on their website on how to figure out how much air the tires will need. You have to cross reference the charts. I found my LT305/55r20 was most comfortable around 40psi. At 50psi my tires felt like they were skipping over small bumps. I followed the conversion charts and it came out at 38psi.

Take a look at the website but depending on if it is a p rated tire or lt tire the required pressure should be close to 35-40 psi.

Yeah, they need more pressure than that. I run 55psi in the front and 50 psi in the rear tires.

I've been running these since Saturday. We had -17 the other morning in Ohio, the roads have a sheet of ice on them. So far they have been a slight disappointment. It's my first AT tire, only thing I have comparable are the SRA's. I'm slipping and sliding all over the place right now in 2wd. Gonna give them more time, but I'm thinking (1) my expectations were way to high and (2) with the cold weather and ice accumulating on the roads, I think no amount of winter tire or any other tire for that matter will grip.

Nothing is good on ice (except maybe studded snows)

That said, I have not found these tires to be all that great in the snow either, will probably go with Yokohama Geolandars next, the set I had on my last truck were better than these in the winter.

As for treadwear, I'll be surprised if I get 30k out of these. ~10,000 miles and have already lost a third of the tread depth.
