Tow Tune?

Has anyone used a tow tune? My question is would you load the tune before you hook up the trailer or after? Does it make a difference? Thank you.

I would load the tune prior to hooking up the trailer since you'll be potentially draining battery more. The tunes on the 09+ are huge and take longer to ul/dl.
