Guess2013, I bought those exact mirrors for my '11 and they were plug and play. The only thing that'll require any modification is if you want your markers to function as they should and not puddle lights. I haven't bothered with that as I'm not interested in doing any drilling on my truck yet.
The only issues I have with them are the main mirror has to be adjusted as far up and out on both sides to not see the bed in it, that the mirror deforms and gives you a strange image. Plus the mirrors shake quite a bit, but the oems on my brothers '15 Super Duty shake just as much.
