I hate toyota, theyre ugly as ****. But this has been discussed at least a million times. Also our economy is in a massive growth spirt, buying a toyota over a ford isn't going to send us into a recession lol
Hey buddy, you might want to recheck your math. First quarter GDP was DOWN 3%. Last time I checked that is a massive growth spurt in the negative direction

I'll never get that 6 minutes of my life back.

Completely pointless video. I counted 4-5 errors in the first minute and a half.

The absolute only thing I liked better about the Tundra was the location of the trailer connections. I agree it would be better if they weren't hanging under the bumper... but that does not a truck make.

You are aware that the tundra is built in San Antonio, which last time i checked is in the USA. it is built by people that live in San Antonio, again in the USA and last but not least, these same people that are payed by Toyota to build these trucks undoubtedly spend their money in San Antonio, still in the USA! you seeing a trend here.
I am going to assume you have some sort of Ford product, as do I, since you are on this forum. here is some food for thought, I would be willing to bet that a large amount of the parts on our "american" Ford's were made no where near the USA.
BTW, i did test drive a tundra when looking at new trucks. i chose the F150 over the Tundra due to ride quality and MPG's. i think the tundra is a great truck, just didn't fit me.

Yes but the overall profits from the company go back overseas.

There was a comparison somewhere showing the percentage of each truck and where the parts were made.

Toyotas are nice but I'm not a fan of the front end.

He's right... The F-150's frame doesn't allow for flex, nor does it apologize for it or try to explain it away. It also doesn't allow the box to smash into the back of the cab or allow the fuel door to fly open.

We now live in a "world economy" good luck trying to get that changed any time soon. I would speculate that a HUGE portion of "profits" from Ford products end up in off-shore accounts- just like dem godless Toyota's! You want to change the system? quit buying things like the computer you're reading this on, quit buying 55" TV's for $700! VIRTUALLY ALL consumer electronics are made over seas. Even a HUGE portion of the electrical system in your beloved Ford was made elsewhere. Your automatic trans? Yeah, that is a byproduct of Ford Jumping into bed with them bailout lovin' folks at Gummit motors. Nothing is as simple as we would like, is it?

Well I can't say for sure where Ford profits go but I know where they don't! Lol

I don't care, this has been and will be a global economy and the years of "buy American" are gone. ( unless it's a small time company that truly produces American made products)

It all really depends on what you want. I've never seen in person the Toyota frame flex so bad.

I know it's crazy to think but things like flex in a frame are engineered for a certain purposes. If you think our frames are 100% resistant to flex you're dead wrong and that's why we have replaceable sections.

I love how people on here are bashing this guy and saying he's biased when most of the comments are biased towards Ford! You could say you disagree with the video but then to add bashing of the Toyota? That's funny and hypocritical.

Lol. Its actually only down 1 percent, but if you look at the 4q's of 2013, id say were in a pretty good rebound. Check your facts again!
