Default Torque converter shudder?

Driving about 40 MPH there is a sudden shudder in the vehicle. It almost feels like running over a rough spot in the road. I'm very light on throttle.
Rpms are at 1000-1100(edit) in 6th gear. I give a little more gas and goes away.
If I down shift it goes away. I have noticed it so much I can hold the throttle in right spot and have a constant shudder.

Anyone experiencing this problem.

DANG!!! What is that, about 250-300mph??? What do you think it is, and EcoBoost?

But seriously, it sounds like you get to take advantage of your factory warranty at the dealer...
