I've got a Truxedo Deuce on my truck and I love it. It rolls up to the same size as the Lo Pro QT but has a section that flips backwards to access the front of the bed easily.

Just got a TonnoPro tonneau cover a couple of weeks ago. It was the cheapest one I could find that still had good ratings. So far it works well, and looks good. I'm guessing it won't last as many years as a more expensive one, but for now it's fine ...

Default BakFlip Vp

I got it from an authorized BakFlip dealer on Ebay for $600 shipped. I received quotes anywhere from 100-200 more than that from vendors here on this site and other places.

There are sooo many options out there for them. You might want to find a local parts dealer that sells them and get a feel for them and look at them rather than just pictures and videos online. It all depends on what you really want to use it for. The BedRug and BakFlip VP is the perfect combination for what I use mine for.
I agree with this post...the BAKFlip VP is great. I installed mine in about 30 min as well. (Just yesterday.). Very easy install, even by myself. I got it from Amazon for $640 which comes with free 2-day shipping with my Prime membership. The VP seems like a great cover and is a good bit cheaper (from what i found) than other hard covers. Good luck!

I like the looks of the BakFlip but I use my truck to often and the BakFlip has to many negatives for me. Blocks rear window when open. Mines open a lot. Have to use two different releases to open the cover, I like things to work simple with as little hassle as possible. Have to open the cover to close the tailgate, though some people report you don't need to do so but BakFlip recommends it. I wonder does it leak more if it rains or you go through a wash and you haven't used the proper sequence to close it? Also I've seen many people complain of leaks, unfortunately no cover is perfect and most except the one piece hard shells leak at least a few drips through a high pressure wash so one must look at them carefully and factor how you plan to use it and the negatives that you can live with. Ideally id want the closed look and security of the Retrax with the full box use ability of a soft cover. But I think I can live with the small box at the front that it rolls into. I'll find something to slide under it to utilize the space, lol! Maybe a custom made diesel fuel tank since the 350 only has a 26 gal tank on the one hand I miss my 36 gal on the 150 but on the other it's nice to fill from empty without swiping the card twice.

If not for the security factor and the fact my 350 has no front side box steps like the 150 I would get a truxedo deuce again in a heartbeat. Never had an issue with needing more security, but piece of mind is nice.

There is only one pull to open cover, there are two cable access on driver and passenger sides. You just need to pull one. Convenient depending on what side you're on.

Oh I got ya. You made it sound like there was a separate handle on each side and you had to do them both. I know there is a cover out there like that but I forget what brand it is.

Yeah, sorry about that.

There is but can think of the name.

What about the one that folds into the front of the bed?

That's a Paragon I think, like the BakFlip kinda but folds to the inside instead of blocking the Window, but I don't know if you can only fold part of it and secure it half open and drive like with the BakFlip.

I agree totally with Okiefordman. My ARE will be here in the next 10 days!
