Default Tires

Hey all let me ask a question. I got my truck used I would believe I have a leveling kit on it as the tires are 305/70/r18. I need to get new ones could I go with a set of 295/70r18 seem like they have many more options. What would be the difference?

Thanks

I run 295/70R18's on my truck. On my second set. No trimming & no rubbing. You should be just fine.
