I wish someone else would chime in to verify what I figured.
I figured a 4 3/4" backspace, which would be 3/4" less than stock. That would move your wheel/tire combination outboard. A 12" tire is pretty wide, I'm not sure if that would work without rubbing without at least a level. Your tire aspect ratio would play into this as well, in other words, the less sidewall, [lower aspect ratio], a wider tire can sometimes work.
I've seen on here where guys run into rubbing situations with a tire that wide, but they're usually running negative offset wheels, kicking it out further than what you're doing, and that's even with a level on the truck.
Take a look at the link RajunCajun59 posted.https://www.f150forum.com/f38/tire-w...9-newer-68155/ There's a lot of reading there, but what you need to know might be there. Honestly, I've never read that whole thread.

Stock 2009-2014 F-150 are +44 on offset. That means they are tucked way into the wheel well and the stock width tire rides tucked under the fender. I have +12 offset Black Rhino wheels with a 290/70/18 Ridge Grappler (34 x 11.5" roughly) and i have, in my opinion, the perfect 2" front level, rear stock height setup. I did have to slightly trim on the front valance, but it wasn't that bad. I do, have EGR fender flares that make my stance only slightly outside the fender...however without them, I'd probably show .5" outside the fender wells. Stock FX4 flares would make it .25" most likely.
