You've completey changed the criteria. There's no such thing as a 35" tire that is as narrow as your stock tires or that's not about twice the weight of your stock tires. Here's two Toyo sizes that would work with a lift, but they are both LT, not P:

Toyo Open Country A/T
LT325/65R18 121R D/8 (35X13.0R18)
9.0-9.5-10.0 wheel width reqd
34.9 diameter
13 width
17/32nds tread depth
73.9 weight
Note. Your 8" wide stock wheels are not wide enough

LT325/60R20 121R D/8 (35X13.0R20)
9.5-10.5 wheel width reqd
35.2 diameter
12.9 width
16/32nds tread depth
73.6 weight
Note: Ford OEM 8.5" wide 20" wheels are not wide enough

With a 6" lift and 35" tires, it's not even worth talking about MPG. You'll be lucky to match the Raptor's MPG

Tall skinny tires look funny.
