Default Tire Ideas????

So today I found out the hard way that the Pirelli Scorpion tires suck after I barley made it out of a muddy road even in 4wd. The tires just wouldn't grip, and all I did was slide around. I'm looking for a tire thats good in mud, but wont wear out in 20k miles, and thats decent for highway travel. I was thinking about the BF Goodrich All Terrains. Any ideas????? I hate having a 4wd truck and cant even go offroad after a rainstorm. I've got the 20'' factory rims. Thanks in advance

The BFG all-terrains, or the General Grabber At's would both be good options.

Or the Nitto terra grapplers. I've heard from a few people they wear quicker than the BFG's or General Grabber's, but I dont know first hand.

I have never owned the nittos but I have loved all 3 sets of BFG's that I have owned. I have heard that the Nittos wear quite quickly from multiple owners
