Default Tire Dilemma

I've pushed my stock Pirelli's over the line after just rolling 50k on them, and need to replace them with something new. I've had BFG All-Terrains in the past and absolutely loved them, so naturally I wanted to go that route when I ran into a size issue.

Keeping the stock 20's that my Lariat came with, the closest thing I could get to an ideal (33"ish) tire diameter would be the 285/55/R20, at 32" and change. They don't make a 275/60/R20, and the 285/55/R20 is on national back order for the foreseeable future. The guys at Discount Tire said I could fit a 275/65/R20 on my 2010 SuperCrew 4x4 "without any problems at all", though I am extremely leery of a 34" tire fitting without rubbing.

I don't have a level kit, though I have been kicking around the idea of going the Bilstein 5100 route, using the 0.75" setting (don't want to go above that for several reasons).

So now I'm between the 275/65/R20 BFGs, hoping that they will fit with the 0.75" Bilstein front level, or a 275/60/R20 Nitto or similar with or without the Bilstein set-up. For one reason or another, I can't make a decision and just keep bouncing back and forth. Anyone have any thoughts? Any help is much appreciated.
