Default Tinted Headlights

Just a cheap mod to blend the headlights in with the black. I didn't see a thread about it, so figured I'd post a few quick pictures in case somebody else was thinking about doing something like this. You can sort of tell the darkness of the tint compared to the fog lights.

This way was only $45 between film and install if that helps you out. I was looking at buying smoked headlights, but wanted to try this before spending that $$$.

Doesn't this effect the brightness? Definitely looks sharp though.

More then likely yes which is why I left the fogs uncovered. I'll find out tonight.

I did mine almost a year ago. Ordered a roll of light smoke from rvinyl.com and did the heads and tails. It is a two person job without question. As you can see my taillights are the stock XLT, I just wanted to tone down all the chrome. Sorry I don’t have a close up.
