Haha, ok, could just be a scale thing then - as i asked earlier, clarification that you had the 2-piece on a shortbed....

it is a 5 1/2 foot (66 inches) bed. With a 2 piece driveshaft.

ok then.... erm, pics please?

I'm really curious as i'm going to do the same fix on mine, but it's a one-piece and i had no idea any short beds had a 2-piece.

Mine is a SCrew with the 5.5" bed and mine is a one piece too. I bought the grease from Ford...I'm assuming the fix is the same?

His does appear to be the 2 piece.

Yes fix is the same, except easier IMO.

hmm... is it the 2wd's that have a 2 piece on the 145" wheelbase?

I went to do mine last week as I'm sure my slip yoke is dry and binding. I'm wondering if I'm getting a random click/pop noise from it as well. Bolts were not coming off by hand and I was worried they were going to strip. So amazon is delivering me a impact 12 point 12mm socket.
