If you have not taken the time to research the ecoboost, please do so before you commit to buy. They are fun, but they do have mechanical problems that will leave you frustrated and possibly very expensive to fix. A 5L of this same style will provide you with a vastly easier ownership experience.
Had the OP put a deposit down then yes. If no money changed hands then you are rolling the dice that the vehicle will be there. Several years ago when I bought my SHO I gave the dealer a refundable $100 credit card deposit to hold the car for 3 days. It showed the dealer I was serious enough to actually not sell the vehicle before I could get there. I ended up buying the vehicle and they refunded the card to keep things simple with the trade-in, etc.
OP, Use Autotrader as they have the best search options by far. Bought my last 4 vehicles there as I could filter for exactly what I want. I'm always on there making lists of vehicles I'm going to buy when I win the lottery.

[QUOTE=tarfin;5532844]Please don't post bull$$$$ like that. It's your opinion, not a fact. =QUOTE]
It may not be fact but myself and many others who actually own Ecoboost trucks agree completely with his opinion. Based on how my truck has been compared to people I know that have the 5.0 it is fact for me.

A blanket statement like "ecoboost will leave you frustrated and 5.0 will give you better ownership experience" really is a bs opinion that can't be backed up in any way.

Then it shouldn't bother you, someone's opinion about an object.
