I've got a set off of my FX4 (Black). $15 shipping. You tell me what they're worth.
PM me if interested.

Do all of the frames come drilled for this? I would hate to buy it all, and then pull the bumper off to find out it's not threaded. Also, willing to buy hardware from anyone who's got it.
Edit: just went under the truck and saw these holes on the frame, but they are unthreaded. Are these the right ones? Not sure if I need to source some nuts, as I plan to install a Rough Country winch plate in the front. Here's the insturctions for that in case you need to look to determine if more hardware is needed: http://s3.amazonaws.com/roughcountry...l/92101000.pdf

Reviving and old thread...that last post looks odd, those must be aftermarket hooks or something? They're sticking out a bit too much. I bought a valence and the hooks (including hardware) on eBay for under $180.
Anyway, for those who don't want to cut out their current valence and buy the correct part, this can be done without removing the bumper as OP started. I spent about 30 minutes going that route but thought twice about it. You simply need a 5/16 ratchet and ratcheting box wrench. All 15 screws are reachable, one on each side is tucked behind the fog light but with the ratcheting box wrench its reachable. 5 screws on the right and left sides from underneath, and 5 in the center from through the engine bay. Lift hood, remove front lower grill by unscrewing two screws holding the grill in from the underside, and two push pins on the bottom surface and once its out, all 5 bolts are right there. Once all 15 bolts are out, you will need to pop out your "bread baskets" since the lower valence is hooked in behind it. Easy peasy.
