it probably could. the stuff can melt the rubber of tires so im sure it could damage sensors. not many vehicle had sensors on them back when i did that kind of work.

Patching a 35" tire is no different than patching any other tire using tire plugs as long as it is not a sidewall puncture/tear. Of course having a full size spare is best and many keep over sized spare in bed. Also I found that the OEM jack can handle 35" anything bigger requires bigger jack.

Go with E-rated tires so you are less likely to get a flat.
I have AAA, so I can call them if I need to. But you can put a regular size spare in the front. Just don't use 4WD.

Well I use both terms for the same thing so I am prolly confused too lol
Yeah thats a common setup either side of trailer hitch. Unless you want to go through a big headache, a patch/plug kit as mentioned or spare in bed is way to go. I plan to do side exhaust since I have had rear tips get punched in when 4x4ing in tight spots.

Add a larger tire for the spare I had plenty of space the tire can move forward and the guard from the exhaust can be pushed over from more clearance. Get a F250 jack or a block to use your current jack and you will be good to go.
