Spoke with the service manager. Him and the sales manager agree it needs to be fixed. I'm going to drive down Saturday and drop my truck off. They need it for three days and will provide a loaner.

I mentioned the Tuxedo Black problem and he said there body shop has a good stock of it. I also mentioned that the body shop I visited mentioned it's not an easy fix. He said they will repair it so I won't be able to even tell. I hope he's right. Also they will document everything and keep me in the loop.

Also asked how something like this happened. He said that they have no record of damage on the lot and it could very well been delivered like this. I'm taking that with a grain of salt. I have a feeling they are putting this in as a warranty claim.

I'm going to take several more photos of the truck before I hand it over to them. Especially of the "defect." My worst nightmare would be to get it back and it looks worse, . Any other advise for me?
