Default Tensioner pulley!?

OK so I've developed a winding noise in my 2010 5.4 Xtr. I took a long screw driver and listened to all the pullies and found that the accessory drive belt tensioner is the culprit.
I did a few searches and didn't really find much, practically nothing really.. Tomorrow I'm gonna take a swing at changing it out myself and figured I'd ask the knowledgeable community on this forum if there's and thing I should know beforehand.
I appreciate any advice, and happy holidays to everyone!

It's spring loaded, you will want to make sure you have a tool that grabs it securely so it don't pop back and smack the hell out of you.

Other than that, you might want to take a pic of how the belt routes all the pulleys if yours has worn off the sticker on the fan shroud.
