The paint may be a little off, but hopefully is new enough a buffing will cover most of it. Just take a hairdryer and some fishing line behind it and it will come off.

It should be ok. I just pryed it off witj a plastic prystick. No need for heat or fishing line. That is myth.

Maybe a myth but it works very easy. It'd be nice to have a plastic pry but all most people have are metal prys and that tends to bend things.

I used fishing line also. Use some wd-40 to get rid of the excess residue.

Yeah, but then you'd have TWO silly emblems to remove!

Might as well have one of these on either side of an Eco, with all of your awesome mileage and flat torque curve and "green-ness" and all of that:

Kidding. I love EBs - especially now that they've put it in something other than the Taurus so that they don't have to de-tune it. But that is a dopey-looking emblem. Thank goodness we Five Point Oh guys only have one dopey-looking emblem to remove.

I took mine off this past weekend. The truck is about a year old and there was no notable difference in the paint color. I just used a piece of fishing line to cut the adhesive, then I just peeled of the remaining.
