Default Tailgate access panel

What are you guys doing when the access panel starts bending up from use of the bed?

Is there something else to do besides taking it off and trying to bend it back to normal?

I bought one of these years ago, I commonly use my tailgate as a "workbench". I did run a few screws along the bottom. Still solid and in great condition

I took it off and bent it back down. I had to use a couple of riv-nuts to repair the threads that pulled out. Actually, I think I've had a few screws pop out since then so there might be a few more in need of repair again.
