Hi
we bought a 2012 Super-Crew.

I tried to play my Spotify/Mp3 phone through the stereo.
the stereo would not play it. All I can do is use the phone as a phone. I tried connecting with AV cable and USB.
the USB wont even show as charging the phone.
I changed the fuse for the stereo, and still nothing.

i tried to update via Ford site, and the usb did not light up as working (which it does)
Also, the clock will not allow me to change the time, even following the instructions
any suggestions?
