I have a problem........911 assist fault, see dealer, no volume. Have tried master reset, disconnected bat cable, etc. 2013 Eco boost, crew cab. Finally took to dealer, says digital signal processor is bad. Dsp not under warranty, 400+ for part, 400 labor. Where is the Dsp? Part of amp? I could change it myself, but have doubts this is the cause. Any info would really help. They said p/n dl3218b849a, but the ford parts site doesn't recognize this #

Mine works fine after update too. I have a 16 gig stick connected to USB2 and nothing in the dash USB, So I say to Sync "Play USB2" Sync says "no USB device, playing USB2" It works so what if she is confused, I can select artist or track so I am happy. Was worried with all the complaints on this forum. All the new features work too, reads texts, streams bluetooth apps with meta data. Thanks

What I did was (with the system off) removed the stick from USB2 put it in USB1 play a song. Turn off the truck and open door (kill the system) pull the stick for USB1 and put it in USB2. Then I started the truck and it started playing where it left off when it was playing in USB1.
Hope it works for you too.
