Default Sync usb issues as of yesterday

was there a bad update yesterday? My Sync is no longer picking up where I left off on my USB card and is indexing my usb card every time I start my truck up. Additionally, my boss' sync is showing "index full". Both issues as of yesterday....???? Anyone else experiencing this?

I am F150 and my boss is F250....

Sync doesn't update itself. If they both failed at the same time it is coincidence.

Had to pull the fuse on my sync yesterday. Working fine again for now....

Does pulling the fuse or resetting sync blow out presets, phones, etc?

Nope, it remembers everything and usually fixes the problem

When playing the flash drive in the USB port I have found it's best to use the voice command option without turning the head unit on right after starting the truck. I has always started where it left off unless I give the voice command "Play All." at which time it starts from the beginning.
