Thanks just printed the new one out, looks identical to the other TSB except all the build date info that's been added.

I just don't get this comment. I'm on my second F150 with Sync and the updates through Sync My Ride have worked flawlessly.

One time three months ago, my sync froze up. Restarted the truck and it has never happened again. Maybe I should have started a webpage? Just sayin!

I haven't had any major issues either. 1 time the caller ID did not show who I was calling and 1 time the volume box took about 30 seconds to disappear. I would be happier if Ford added some new features on updates but other than that it has worked as expected.

Thanks! I just got to read through it and it addresses one of my concerns with SYNC. Now the only question.....

Hmmmm........do I trust the small town dealer closest to me or do I need a trip to the city?

the latest update I was told to get is not available on the web, was told to go to the dealer. I called them about it and they said it COULD take a few hours as sometimes the updates dont go smoothly. Im just gonna leave my truck with them next week, they can replace my blown speaker while theyre at it

Any ideas as to why some a dealer only updates? Seems like if other updates can be done yourself over USB than so should they all.
