2013 f150
4.2" SYNC system

Worked flawlessy since day 1, no updates performed since purchase.
Have pulled fuse, disconnected battery, restarted phone, unpaired/repaired.

SYNC shows its being paired but theres no functionality between SYNC and my phone.

Phone is Moto X Pure. It did have a software update that may be the issue.

Any other suggestions to get this working again? SYNC Update? Dealer visit?

 

I've had it happen more often lately. I have a Moto G4 play (which runs off Google) so maybe it is the phone. I turn off Bluetooth on my phone and then turn it back on. Seems to help but it gets to be a hassle.
