I am sure this has been covered before, but I just wanted to share my experience. I have always had intermittent connectivity issues with the bluetooth in my SYNC. My SYNC has also been sketchy understanding voice commands. Sometimes it works perfect, and other times, not at all. Anyways, I recently downloaded the latest firmware update for my SYNC through the myford website, and since flashing the system with the new firmware, all of my issues have been corrected. Just thought I would share the success.
