OK, found out about getting internet radio through sync:

now wondering about video: Any chance getting video to stream through the NAV screen using either bluetooth or the USB? It's a drag right now using DVD only. Would love to load some vids onto the external HDD I connected through the 2nd USB. Also, anybody get simple jpgs onto their homescreen this way? How about via bluetooth through phone? It's a slow, snowy weekend here so I finally have time to dig into some of the Sync features.

A couple of weeks ago I got bore while waiting to pick my daughter up from school and was able to play a few MP3s from my laptop through the Sync using the Bluetooth audio. I didn't pick up any file transfer protocols from the Sync though.
