I am in desperate need of help with my radio. I have a 2010 with the nav sync and a lot of the options are not working. First when I try to program a phone it does not give a code out for the bluetooth to pair. I have tried to reset by pulling the fuse and disconnecting the battery. That does not help i even have tried to do the master reset under advanced options but when i hit advanced all I get is just a blank screen.

My USB ports are not working either so I can't even try to update so I am totally lost and looking to see if anyone has ever had to deal with the same thing.

 

How long did you have the battery disconnected? It needs to be at least 15 mins, no less. Other than that your probably looking at a worn out unit, it is after all 9 years old, that's an antique for electronics.
