Let me know what your experience with the upgrade was. I personally have a 12 FX4 that updated and my FPN is now DR3T-14D544-AF though Ford says it should be FJ5T-14D544-AA

Mine updated, but not smoothly. Plugged in and started install. Got "installation complete" so I removed USB. None of the functions worked. Pressed radio and got "radio not available" message. Tried navigation only to get "navigation not available". Shut the truck off and turned back on. Sync lady said to "reinsert USB" so I did. Message on screen said installation complete or something. Everything works like it should now. Not sure why it said it was "done" when it wasn't "done done".

I tried all the troubleshooting the sync reps told me try. Bluetooth still doesn't connect and artist or song is stuck on repeat when hooked up to the sync Bluetooth. I also feel this version has more bugs than the last one. My iPhone doesn't connect as fast or as easy to the sync system and sync doesnt seem to understand my commands as much.

Sony nav guys, there were some reports of the USB 2 port being disabled in this update. Not 100% on that, but I did see some other threads where people mentioned that.
