Hi all - does anyone have a copy of the Sync 3.8 they can share with me? It's no longer available and Ford told me I would have to visit a dealer to have it installed.

Alternate approach - I posted earlier in the wrong forum and received the Sync 3.8 file for a 2015, would that work on a 2013 FX4?

If the 2015 is sync 2, then yes.
