I’ve come to the conclusion my sync apim is no good. Everything works as it should minus Bluetooth connection, USB port and micro jack. The Bluetooth does not show a pass key code to pair phone. Tried the reset and such and nothing

i have a 2012 f150 with the 8” MFT screen with nav. Where can I get a new/used apim to replace this one?
