Default switch back to stock ECU to flash remote starter?

I'm running an SCT X3 Eco tune from 5startuning on my 2011 5.0L SCREW.

I am picking up my remote starter (standard starter with button built into the key) and am wondering if I need to switch back to stock before I take it in for the flash.

I probably will just to be safe, but would like any confirmation if anyone has gone through this already...

I would just to be safe. If while it is there they figure it needs an update or something you will be screwed with your SCT device (have to have it unlocked)

Yes they will be hooking up to your ODBII to reprogram the BCM so to be safe I definitely would go back to stock

Thanks, I flashed it back to stock and will hopefully get the starter flashed into the truck tomorrow.

The mornings are getting cold fast!
