Default Sunroof Visor Issues?

Was gonna install a sunroof visor on my truck, but noticed that the sirius antenna will be in the way of it. Has anyone found away around it or does Ford offer one that it's made to fit, thanks!

I don't know of a solution, but never understood the purpose of those?

They reduce turbulence at high speeds when the sun roof is open and also stop the helicopter effect at low speeds. I use my sun roof ALOT!!! Haha

My guess is they lower the sonic boom air turbulence noise down some. If it softened that noise even 1% I'd consider one, though I'd rather have Ford design one that popped up a bit to ease that noise. All my previous vehicles with a moonroof were nowhere close to as loud as this truck.

Ford does make one, but not with satellite radio.

To lessen the noise on my truck, I just crack open the rear windows a little. Not sure if this will improve things on a crew but it's certainly helpful on my supercab.

This is the deflector I purchased, I did a lot of research and based on a lot of reviews of this one it was the best fit with the antenna. The Ford OEM version looks like Daffy Duck just got smacked on the head with a mallet, not very aerodynamic.

As you can see in the picture, it's not a perfect fit, but I don't have any issues and it does take care of the wind noise.

I wish Weathertech made this one for our trucks! very low profile:

As long as the cut doesn't go too high (and introduce a whistle from air rushing through a tiny hole, which may not be likely behind the antenna blister anyway).

Maybe we need a wind deflector for the antenna housing too!

"mini me" deflector, nice! yeah, that's not a bad idea to trim as soon as it stops raining I'll give it a go. I've had zero issues with that deflector so that's a plus.

Hey, anyway of getting the measurements off the deflector? Seems they don't make it anymore. My wind noise bothers the hell out of me so I need one of these!

Thanks for the help!
