Default Suggestions for Traction and Sway Bars

Please excuse my ignorance and I have searched. I am looking to lower my truck with a 3/5 Belltech kit. While being under there I was considering going ahead and doing traction bars and sway bars. First off, can this be done together and if so what recommendations does everyone have for which ones to get?

Thanks

For sway bars, would recommend . *Have the rear installed. Front is stock FoMoCo.

I found that with the traction bars I have, the sway bar is not needed. I don't think it would work on a lowered truck though. I have Procomp ladder bars.

Belltech makes two rear swaybar kits, one of which is specifically for use with their lowering kit, I would use it and not risk clearance issues with other options that were not designed for flipped axles.
