Default Suggestions please...

Im new to the forum so this is likely a common question but here it goes: 2010 F150 5.4 with 63K miles. The last 3000 miles seems like the truck has lost the power and ***** it used to have. 100% stock except a K&N filter. Heres some things Im considering:
1. Cleaning the fuel system. Can I do this on my own?
2. Fuel additives?
3. Power programmer. Is it worth it?
4. K&N "cold air" intake. Is it worth it?

Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Clean the mass air flow sensor you might have gotten oil on it from the K&N filter.
