Default Sudden Lean and missfire

Hello,

I have a 13 F150 5.0, while driving, vehicle started missfiring with loss of power.
Ran codes at home and got p0300, po302-304, and p2195 too Lean bank 1s1

We replaced plugs at 100,00, it's at 105,000. No other issues at all.

Help please!!

Sure seems like a lot of 2013 5.0’s are having this mystery issue. I try not to believe in predetermined obsolete-ism conspiracy theories but I’m starting to feel this way with Ford.
