Default Which sub kit to get.

So I'm looking at sub kits for my 2012 supercrew to connect to the factory stereo and I like the offerings from hifisoundconnection on ebay. I'm thinking of getting the dual 12" kit with the 400.1 amp for $374 but I wanted to get your guys/gals input before I buy just in case someone has experience that one setup is particularly good or bad. I also seriously want a remote level controller so any amp I get must at least have the option for one which the 400.1 amp says it has the option.

Thanks in advance!

Subs can absorb a lot of power. I suggest 400 watts per sub or more. If you clip a sub you will probably wreck it. A more powerful amp will run cooler, sound better and feel better with subs.

Are they made for under the rear seat?

Is there even enough room behind the rear seat for a sub?

Im right there with you, still trying to decide what set up to go with! I'm starting to wonder if there would be room behind the back seats for a sub or two as well. thinking if you remove the sound proofing mating back there? i might look at this tonight

You should look in the audio section of this forum. A lot of good info there.

I have a cvr 10 and a Jl 400 watt amp. The amp also has my front 2 door speakers hooked up also and it slams for a 10. The amp has plenty of power
