After driving around 100 miles at around 80 mph constantly and when I would turn left or right from a stop, it is a very harsh vibration and I can actually hear what sounds like metaling grinding, any help would be much appreciation!

Thank you for the reply, I did end up taking it to the dealership to find out that that the clutchpacks in the differential had gone out on me for the second time, the first time was almost exactly one year prior, and was noticeable a few days before my drive shaft snapped, I bought this truck used with around 23000, miles on it and have had it in the shop numerous times, I have put 20000 miles on it, very disappointed in the quality from this truck, very frustrating as well considering I'm too young for a rental and it is hard for me to get to work at time because my truck is in the shop so much, wondering if I was sold a lemon :/
