Default Strange Rattle in Driver Side Vent at 75+ mph

Hey all,

I've been running into an issue lately while driving on the freeway. It's like a little rattle (kinda like plastic squeaking almost) that comes from the very left (drivers side) air vent but only on the freeway at ~75+ mph. Any idea what this could be? I know that chrome trim around the vents can squeak but it's not that. It is literally inside the vent. Any ideas how this can be fixed? I may have to take it to the dealership but I always try and fix squeaks/rattles myself as usually the dealership needs to recreate it and never can.

It's not when I hit bumps or anything either. Can be a perfectly smooth road and I still here it at higher speeds. Thanks!
