Default Storage for a Super Crew

Looking for a storage unit, not too big to keep some basic tools, rope, straps, etc inside the truck in the back seat area on the floor, any suggestions?

I use the 22" truck boxes from sears "Craftsman 22'' Standard Truck Box." They run about $10 dollars a piece and fit perfectly under the rear seat. I use them to carry a small set of tools, straps, gloves, bungee cords and etc.

For the price IMO they cant be beat for cheap storage.

Get a DUHA from autoanything.com. Quick install that is secure and made for the vehicle. Check in the for sale part of this forum, guy gives us like a 10-15% discount. I just bought a black DUHA and an AFE CAI for my 2012 screw. Could not even remotely beat his prices....and I have no affiliation with them, just got a screaming discount.

Why not just a duffle bag? It would fit under your seat, and it would also allow you to grab the whole bag out of the truck if you needed the things in it, rather than having to carry a bunch of individual things or making multiple trips to grab stuff.

Duha is overpriced crap, do a search for under seat storage, there is a massive thread on this. I and many others built our own solutions that look much better than a duha and cost $20 or less as opposed to the duhas expensive 150$ or more.

These are a great idea! I will probably run to Sears today and pick one up as the one near me has 2 in stock. Can you tell me if they are deep enough to store a trailer hitch?

I also use a Craftsman truck box under the rear seat for tie down straps and misc. small items. I secure it with a bungee cord to keep it from sliding around.

Also, check out the Undercover swing case. It's a great solution for storage so you don't have to clutter your cab excessively. I have one and love it. It works great for storage of your hitch, jumper cables, air pump, etc. without taking up much bed space. The top locks, and the entire case can be locked in place or completely removed in seconds.

I know its not in the cab but I also just got the undercover swing case. It took 5 min to install and it water tight so it can be coved to an ice chest if you wanted to. Right now I have all the cables and hitches in the and have plenty of room for more stuff.
