Default Stone chips

I recently found some stone chips in the black paint on the hood of my Eco.
It went through the paint and you can see the white primer.
Anyone have any suggestion on what should I do? Touch up paint from the dealer maybe?

Also does anyone have bug deflector installed on their truck? Does it prevent stones from hitting the hood or the windshield?

I normally use the Duplicolor touch up pens. I over fill the area with two coats, let it dry a day between each, wet sand it with 2000, and then polish out the swirls from sanding with a variable speed polisher and cutting pads.
