My factory Stereo Died.


I picked up another that works quite well. The part numbers are different, but it works fine... all except the steering wheel controls.


I'm trying to find out if I can enable the controls on this stereo unit.


I am finding some info on the BCM, but not enough.


Any positive info would be appreciated.

2012 F150 XLT SuperCrew with 6.5 bed.

 

If the 150 is like other Ford Trucks, I had an '08 F250) the head unit has to be programmed by the dealer for the steering wheels controls.
