So I've been fighting on removing my chrome tube step bars on the truck. bolts to the body are removed, the bolts to the step bar just spin, what do i need to do to remove them? They are starting to rust and I wanna bedline them

 

Are you talking the 13mm (4 per bracket ) or the 8 mm holding the bars to the brackets

 

I got it. I missed 2 bolts somehow
