Default Starting Issue

2011 3.7, was swapping over the head unit from my Mustang to the truck, got it swapped over, I used Fuse 38 as the 12V trigger for the stereo. I left the stereo running for a little bit while I cleaned up, went to start the truck up and now it won't start, no noise from the starter, I ran through the fuses and relays, visual inspections are good, getting 12.16V from the battery at rest. Any insights on what happened. I know general rule of thumb is to go back through and check the things you did, only thing to check would be removing the stereo however.

Is it possible that some sort of antitheft signal has been put in place now that the stock stereo has been replaced?
