Default Squeaky Cup Holder

My 2014 with the centre console squeaks consistently over bumps. I have narrowed it won to the rear most cupholder insert of the two beside the shifter. I wrapped them in Kleenex and got a bit of a reprieve but it is still there. Any other options out there to get rid of this? Any help is appreciated .

Thanks

Can you remove the cup holder insert? Only install it when needed?

Dang even the cupholders are rattling on these trucks now? Lol. Maybe try some thin foam tape?

Thanks, I am not sure I will be able to get the tape in there as even 1 piece of Kleenex makes it hard to get the cupholder to sit flush. I would prefer not to take them out. I might try a few daps of white grease or something and see if that helps.
