Squeak underneath truck bed
Hello forum. I just got a new 2010 model. A few weeks ago I noticed that when I am driving over rough road or speed bumps that my truck makes a squeaking noise under the bed. I can recreate the sound by hitting on the spare tire underneath. It sounds like a shudder/squeak noise. I thought that the tire may have been wound too tight or that the rubber on the tire was rubbing against the frame. I have loosened the tire a bit no difference, tightened it all the way, no luck. I also put some grease on the metal that makes contact with the tire. I can't get the squeak to go away. Anyone know what could be causing this?
Also I had the truck bed taken off to do some body work. I stood on the back bumper and jumped up and down in the bed and it don't seem like it is loose

I forgot to add that I had the bed taken off to put a new bed side on. I have shook the crap out of the bed and jumped on the bumper. It don't seem loose and it don't make the noise. Could that be the problem?
Bed side/bed skin. Not sure exactly what it is called. The outer part of the bed. If it was a car I guess you would say it was the rear quarter panel. I had it replaced due to a dent. They took the bed off and the whole bed side/skin off and replaced it with a new one.
