Default Squeak underneath truck bed

Hello forum. I just got a new 2010 model. A few weeks ago I noticed that when I am driving over rough road or speed bumps that my truck makes a squeaking noise under the bed. I can recreate the sound by hitting on the spare tire underneath. It sounds like a shudder/squeak noise. I thought that the tire may have been wound too tight or that the rubber on the tire was rubbing against the frame. I have loosened the tire a bit no difference, tightened it all the way, no luck. I also put some grease on the metal that makes contact with the tire. I can't get the squeak to go away. Anyone know what could be causing this?
Also I had the truck bed taken off to do some body work. I stood on the back bumper and jumped up and down in the bed and it don't seem like it is loose

Nope...but a brand new truck should be silent...take it back to the Dealer and make them find it.

I forgot to add that I had the bed taken off to put a new bed side on. I have shook the crap out of the bed and jumped on the bumper. It don't seem loose and it don't make the noise. Could that be the problem?

Turn the radio up and drive it to the dealers.

Bed side/bed skin. Not sure exactly what it is called. The outer part of the bed. If it was a car I guess you would say it was the rear quarter panel. I had it replaced due to a dent. They took the bed off and the whole bed side/skin off and replaced it with a new one.

Did they tighten the front and rear support rod bolts in the wheel well after the repair?

TSB= Technical service bulletin. The TSB for the leaf springs has to deal with the clamps being too tight so they bend them out a little.
