Default Speedometer Moving in Park

Ok. This is a new one to me. I have a 2013 Supercrew FX2 w/ 3.5 EcoBoost. I have had intermittent issues with erratic transmission shifting. Dealer says it needs to replace the Lead Frame... It will drive normal for a couple weeks, then happen at start-up. Cut the truck off, restart, and it will be fine. Just haven’t had an opportunity to get into the dealer to be fixed.

Today, after several weeks of normal driving, it starting acting up as I left the house. Stopped and restarted the truck.

After restarting and still in Park I revved the a bit. To my amazement, the Speedometer moved in unison with the Tachometer... I shot a 30 second video to take to the dealer.

Restart and it has been acting normal ever since.

Anybody ever had that happen?
How is that possible?

Only thing I can think of is somehow shielding in a wire bundle has failed and allowing the signal from one wire to jump to the other...

Love my truck, but this is getting crazy...

Lead frame is bad..very common on the early 6r80s.

Extended coverage on the 2011-early to mid 2012 trucks

Common issue, recalled. (or whatever Ford calls it) Still waiting for the recall to be extended to 2013 transmissions.
